This is essentially a JCS F-16, but the flight mechanics, certain aircraft components, and canopy textures have been rebuilt from scratch (I created the cockpit somewhat amateurishly, but it will improve with future updates).
In its final form, the aircraft will be something of a masterpiece for me; it won't be overly difficult, nor will it take 8–9 years like the F-18C. It should reach full release in the coming months, and I’ll modernize it with minor updates. As I mentioned, it is fundamentally a JCS F-16, but even though the DDS files remain the same, the object components have been overhauled—if you check the PM, you’ll see that certain things have changed.
ALSO... : It is open to further development and is free of copyright restrictions (just don't mess around too much with the ACF :D).
NOTE: xplane.to ADMINS, IF THIS VIOLATES COPYRIGHT, PLEASE REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY! AFTER ALL, I COULD JUST AS EASILY MARKET THIS AS AN ADD-ON FOR THE JCS F-16 RATHER THAN A COMPLETE AIRCRAFT :D
NOTE AGAIN: Since I do not want a repeat of the Magknight 787 disaster, let me state this clearly: although the aircraft model is virtually identical to the JCS F-16, it has been reworked using Xplane2Blender; only the textures are the same as those of the JCS F-16 (barring any modifications). If this violates copyright, please either notify me or report the aircraft for removal; I could also release this as an add-on.
